Located in Hildale, UT, we are looking for a full-time, in-person Production Vice President.
You will uphold production standards across the company by correcting production issues.
What we want you to bring:
Experience operating machines and power tools Communication and listening skills Proactive problem-solving skills Analytical and team-focused approach Leadership and strong work ethic Time management and decision-making skills Proficiency in Google Workspaces Experience in production for nutritional or dietary supplements OSHA and FDA knowledge Inventory management skills A bachelor's degree of arts or science in business administration, operations, or engineering What you must bring:
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand or kneel for long periods of time 1
year(s) of experience in production industry What you will do:
Oversee all production operations to help your teams fulfill their responsibilities Maintain FDA-compliant sanitation standards for all equipment and facilities Manage machine parts inventory to meet maintenance and contingency needs Enforce standards and lead your team to hit production goals Approve purchase orders over a threshold Make final decisions on outsourced teams and vendors Pay:
$60,000 to $100,000 annually
